ALL SALES ARE FINAL! At Never Die Company, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. To request a replacement or refund, please email us at shop@www.neverdiecompany.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
